About

Here’s an interview Rev. Bob Biermann did with me on his excellent podcast, Truth2Ponder, HERE.

So…

What is “BillBest.net” about?

It’s an author website, featuring my current “End of the Sixth Age” series.  I hope you’ll subscribe so I can ask your opinion, let you know of upcoming releases, special sales, etc.

It’s thought-provoking, near-future “end times” science fiction, helping us keep things in perspective.  The prophesied return of Christ is at hand.  Remember, ALL Bible prophecy either has or will be fulfilled! God has everything in control, He told us what to expect, and He promised to be with Christians, “…even to the end of the age.”

Next, when you visit BillBest.net, I hope you’ll get a boost. A helping thought, an inspirational message, something to help you along the way. In short: Foundations in the midst of a shifting, crazy world.

My "Backstory"

Barbara and I are the proud parents of two grown daughters who have growing families of their own. They have provided us with the smartest grandkids anywhere… 🙂  Barbara and I live in the Middle Georgia area.

I retired after 30 years’ commissioned service in the Air Force; 9 Active Duty and then 21 as a Reservist. I left Active Duty in 1984 to start a much-needed Christian radio ministry in the area. That December, Toccoa Falls College took over an AM radio station which we operated until the college sold it in 2001. In the meantime, we built an FM station in 1995. After the death of my dear friend, Station Manager Bill Bruton in 2004, the college changed the format away from a Christian radio ministry in early 2005. In the middle of that year, I left to work as a Program Manager with a DOD contractor, leaving full-time mid-2020.

So, let’s see. Marriage. Daughters. Grandkids. Air Force officer. Radio ministry (sales manager, announcer, audio engineer, instructor, public speaker). Program Manager. Yep, an interesting background from which to write Science Fiction from a Christian, prophetic perspective!

Be sure to visit “My Books” and learn about the “End of the Sixth Age” series, and what may await us over the next several years.
