We continue Easter Week devotions from the book of Isaiah.
The Old Testament book of Isaiah has often been referred to as the “Fifth Gospel” for its many prophetic references to the coming Messiah, and his sacrificial death…centuries in the future.
Imagine how Isaiah must have wondered, how he must have been amazed at the prophecies he was recording about events far in the future. Now, we look back. And we consider the grace and mercy of God in amazement and wonder… that He loved us so much!
